Granite

Granite is the top choice in counter-tops for many homeowners due to it’s beauty and durability.  Being a natural stone, varietion in the pattern is very common, and we highly recommend that our customers pick out the exact slab used for their future granite counter-top in person. Although granite is very durable it does require sealing as recommended by the manufacturer to help prevent stains.

Marble

Marble is well known for it’s natural beauty and is highly sought after for that reason. The natural patterns of the veins in the stone can be difficult to match in a quartz. Marble is a softer stone and is porous so it is important to keep up with the care recommended by the manufacturer. It is most often used in the bathroom for these reasons.

Quartz

Quartz is gaining popularity due to the fact that it is practically maintainance-free and is extremely durable. Quartz is stain, scratch, and heat resistant, and it does not require sealing because it is a non-pourous material. It is available in a wide variety of patterns ranging from very consistant to a pattern similar to granite. Quartz is typically slighty more expensive than granite, but many homeowners find that it is worth the investment. Below are some of the brands that we offer:

Laminate

Laminate is one of the most budget friendly and attractive materials used for kitchen and bathroom counters.  It’s usually the most cost-effective surface available for a home owner.   Another important reason that laminate is a common choice is because there are so many options available.   It comes in a wide variety of colors profiles and patterns, including the ability to replicate the look of natural stone or wood.

Solid Surface

Solid Surface counter-tops are a man-made product composed of resins and typically marble dust.  They offer many benefits that customers may find appealing including that they are nearly non-porous so they do not stain easily, and they are known as a clean-friendly material.  Although solid surface counter-tops can scratch, they can be sanded down repeatedly because they are the same material throughout rather than a “cap” such as laminate.

Cultured Marble Vanity Tops

Cultured Marble is a seamless material that is made of a cast polymer.  It is chosen by many homeowners due to its affordability, durability, and ease of cleaning.  Cultured Marble is available for quick ship in most standard sizes and can also be ordered for custom size vanities.
